Tasting comment
The color is medium amber. Complex aromas of raisin, fig,
cedar, nutmeg, caramel, bay leaf and hazel nuts. The high
acidity balances well with the sweetness. Butterly and
creamy texture. The aftertaste has flavor of cafe au lait.
